Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the OmniToolsKit website and services (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
OmniToolsKit provides free online developer tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Uses
- Processing illegal, malicious, or unauthorized copyrighted material.
- Attempting to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the Service.
2. No Mandatory Accounts
The Service is provided free of charge without account registration. We do not maintain user profiles, login credentials, or persistent user histories.
If you submit the footer newsletter form and explicitly check the marketing consent box, you request marketing/newsletter emails. We record consent timestamp data for that subscription event. If you submit the contact form, we use that information only to respond and do not automatically add you to the marketing list.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding your content) is the property of OmniToolsKit. However, the output generated by our tools (e.g., converted files) belongs to you.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific purpose. Use them at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
OmniToolsKit shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) resulting from your use of the Service, including data loss or corrupted files. Since we do not store your files, we cannot recover them if improved/processed incorrectly.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
7. Open Source Licenses
Open source license notices for third-party libraries used by this Service (including FFmpeg and ffmpeg.wasm) are published in our Legal Notice.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian before use.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you are located in the European Union, your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law remain unaffected by these Terms. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of applicable jurisdiction.
